what to do when your cellphone is damaged
  1. Call 140 toll-free from a Cell C Cellphone or 084 140 from any other phone (normal cell rates apply).
  2. Select the Technical Repair option and obtain the details of your nearest Technical Repair Centre.
  3. Send your Cellphone to the Technical Repair Centre.
  4. The Technicians will inspect and repair your Cellphone.
  5. Complete the Incident Form. You can download it here. Fax the completed form back to the C-Cover Administrators on (011) 324 8080.
