You must contact the Contact Centre on 140, free from a Cell C cellphone to obtain an ITC number. Only once the ITC number is obtained can you report the matter to the police for a case number. The case number is only used for C-Cover incidents or to blacklist your cellphone. There are two ways to have your cellphone blacklisted: Telephonic Option - which is the fastest In order to blacklist your cellphone, you can simply dial 084 140 from your landline or 140 free from a Cell C cellphone to have the phone blacklisted. No documentation is required. Electronic Option You can email custserv@cellc.co.za or fax 084 14329 requesting to blacklist your cellphone. An Agent will fax or email a blacklisting form to you. You must complete the form and fax back to 084 14329.
