  1. Phone Cell C immediately on 140 from a Cell C Cellphone or 084 140 from any other phone (charged at cellular rates) to unfreeze your account.
  2. The Call Centre will fax you the Un-blacklist Form (download it here).
  3. Complete the forms and fax them back to us on 084 14329.
