FNB Cellphone Banking via Menu-Based Banking
If you bank with FNB, you can conduct cellphone banking transactions via menu based-banking.
Requirements:
Works on ANY handset, no smartdata (GPRS or EDGE) settings are required - all you need is a cellular phone and a Cell C SIM card.
Method of Access:
You first need to register (for FREE) before you can start using this service, by using ONE of the following channels:
- Visit any FNB ATM
- Call the FNB Call Centre on 0861 313 210.
- Walk into any FNB Branch (don't forget your green Identity Document!)
- Log on to www.fnb.co.za
Once registered, type in the following code on your cellphone:
*120*321#
This will open a menu-based banking session [which is an interactive and self-explanatory menu where you can choose different options to conduct different transactions].
