  • Simply download and complete the C-Cover Application Form and fax it back to (011) 324 8080
  • Apply at your nearest Cell C Store or Regional Showroom. Find your nearest outlet here
  • Dial 140 toll free from your cellphone, or 084 140 from any other phone (charged at cellular rates)
  • E-mail us for an Application Form and Terms and Conditions
  • If you are a new subscriber you can simply complete an C-Cover Application form when you buy your cellphone and ensure that it's faxed to the C-Cover Department. We will activate your cover immediately and add the additional monthly subscription to your cellphone bill each month.
Note: Please ensure that you have read and clearly understood the Terms and Conditions before submitting your Application Form.

Please note:
  • Once 18 months have elapsed from the date of the 1st Incident, the Contribution Structure will be reset.
  • No more than three (3) incidents shall be allowed within any 18-month period calculated from the date of the 1st Incident.
Please note:

An additional contribution of R600.00 and R300.00 will apply to any incidents occurring within 30 (thirty) days and 60 (sixty) days respectively since inception of cover.
